Set Tongues Wagging
There is a choice of three diesel engines across the Ford Ranger Double Cab range with 170hp, 200hp and 213hp options. For maximum loads carrying a 3,500kg trailer, we would recommend going for the 213hp engine which has the most power and a smooth 10-speed automatic gearbox. On the road, the Ford Ranger Double Cab's large windscreen and raised height provides greater visibility on or off-road, although the long bonnet can make parking tricky there are parking sensors at hand to get you into a parking bay without struggling. Due to the vehicle height potholes and bumps in the road are easily navigated while off-road is where the Ford Ranger comes into its own, especially when driving the Raptor trim with special off-road tyres and an upgraded suspension. For work or play the Ford Ranger Double Cab is a fun and thrilling drive that is bound to set tongues wagging.
● Standard engine size: 2.0 litres
