A Bold SUV
The Kia Sportage is dynamic in design with its stylishly designed exterior featuring an eye catching side profile, sporty sculpted lines and the signature Kia grille that is highlighted by chrome window trim. Follow the flowing roof line to the rear where a bold design features sleek rear lights and a smart power tailgate that will open hands free on approach (feature available on the GT Line S). The Kia Sportage is a bold SUV design that is positioned high with full LED headlamps for great visibility and an imposing low front grille that will demand presence on the road. Step inside and the cabin is every inch as sporty as the exterior with supple leather seats and a striking black roof on the Kia Sportage GT Line, with D shaped steering wheel with three spokes and perforated leather, finished with aluminium pedals for that extra touch of sportiness. With mild hybrid technology available that uses Smart Power Assistance to combine a 1.6 litre diesel engine with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery, fuel consumption will be reduced alongside vehicle emissions. Running on an e-system you can have a smooth start whether accelerating uphill or cruising at a constant speed. Every time you decelerate or brake the energy created will recharge the battery: talk about clever!

Great for Town and Motorway Driving
The Kia Sportage is available in two petrol engines and two diesel units and as a mild-hybrid that pairs an electric motor with a diesel engine for enhanced performance and economy. For town drivers the 1.6 litre petrol engine offers 130hp and will return up to 40mpg. For motorway drivers or those who travel with a mix of roads the 174hp 1.6 litre turbocharged petrol will accelerate with ease when putting your foot down and will return an average 36mpg. Diesel engines of course are great for those travelling on long journeys, if that is you then the mild-hybrid could be worth considering to reduce your fuel emissions. Easy to drive around town despite its large stature the Kia Sportage provides great visibility and a reversing camera comes as standard across the range to help steer your Kia Sportage in the tightest of spots. A great all round family and adventure car there is a Kia Sportage to suit all tastes.
