Supersized MINI Design
The MINI Countryman has the air of MINI Cooper at the heart of its supersized MINI design. The second-generation model has a larger body and more standard kit than ever before. Noted as the 'most practical car’ and ‘by far the best to drive' by the Car Magazine in June 2018. There is an impressive 450 litres of boot space that can hold up to 1,390 litres with the back seats down, making the MINI Countryman extremely practical for everyday driving and fun family adventures. The optional ALL4 all-wheel-drive system powers you through even the toughest of terrains, thanks to a clever system that calculates the optimal torque for each wheel. Inside the MINI Countryman, the iconic MINI round central dashboard is adorned with lights that change colour depending on the car's settings. The 6.6-inch MINI centre screen can also stream from your phone, helping you to safely stay in contact with the outside world whilst driving. Putting safety at the forefront of your adventures the MINI Countryman has been appointed 5 stars in Euro NCAP crash tests. As with all MINI models once you have chosen your performance specification you can then choose your style choice from Classic, Sport, and Exclusive trim options.

The MINI Countryman is available in a large range of performance options including Cooper, Cooper ALL4, Cooper S, Cooper S ALL4, Cooper D, Cooper D ALL4, and the MINI Countryman John Cooper Works 306 HP
MINI COOPER/COOPER ALL4 - Whether you opt for the MINI Cooper Countryman or the ALL4 Cooper version for added four-wheel drive, both models are available in Classic, Sport or Exclusive trim. As standard you will get 16-inch Revolite Spoke alloy wheels, Cloth/leather interior in Firework Carbon Black, Hazy grey interior trim and DAB Radio, Real-Time Traffic Information, Bluetooth with USB audio, MINI Connected and MINI Navigation System as standard.
MINI COOPER S/COOPER S ALL4 - For a more sporty stance on the road the MINI Countryman Cooper S and Cooper S ALL 4 have a more powerful 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine with 192 hp. These models are again available in Classic, Sport and Exclusive trims. As standard the MINI Countryman Cooper S and All4 wheel drive model come equipped with 17 inch Channel Spoke alloy wheels, Cloth/Leather Double Strip upholstery in Carbon Black, rearview camera, cruise control, and park assist.
MINI COOPER D/COOPER D ALL4 - If you are after a diesel engine then there is the MINI Cooper D Countryman and an All4 Wheel Drive option available again in all three trim styles. If opting to go up a trim from the Classic to the Sports option you will get 18-inch John Cooper Works Grip Spoke alloy wheels as standard with upgraded Dinamica/cloth combination Carbon Black upholstery and optional Piano Black JCW Interior Trim at no extra cost.
MINI JOHN COOPER WORKS - For the ultimate MINI Countryman, the John Cooper Works MINI 306 HP has a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine that packs a powerful 306 hp. Standard features on this model include MINI's ALL4 All-Wheel Drive, Sports Automatic Transmission, impressive 18 inch Grip Spoke black alloy wheels, Comfort Plus Pack, Comfort Access, snazzy Piano black interior trim, Sport Suspension, John Cooper Works Sport Seats and a choice of driving modes.
Fun, Firm and Sporty Driving
The MINI Countryman is available with a choice of two diesel, three petrol engines, and even a plug-in hybrid option. Petrol engines in the range are great for quick trips around town with the 1.5-litre 3-cylinder petrol option fitted to MINI Countryman Cooper models returning a fuel economy up to 51.4 mpg reaching 0-62 mph in 9.6 seconds. For motorway drivers, a MINI Countryman Cooper D diesel will get you a greater fuel economy over 60 mpg and feels quicker when overtaking. MINI Countryman Cooper S models can reach 0-62 mph in 7.2 seconds while the John Cooper Works petrol 306 hp engine delivers 0-62 mph in just 4.9 seconds. On the road, quick steering, fun handling, and firm suspension provide a sporty drive. If you intend on using your MINI Countryman as a tow car or often drive on slippery roads you might want to consider adding the four-wheel-drive option. When crash-tested by the Euro NCAP in 2017 the MINI Countryman scored 5 stars, thanks to automatic emergency brakes fitted as standard across the range. The MINI Countryman is a great all-round family adventure car that is safe on the road.
