We have bought this car on PCP through Vantage Leasing with Nick Troy being our contact throughout. We have known Nick for a while and he’s assisted us with numerous cars and we’ve always found him to be very responsive and easy to deal with. He takes time to understood our needs and provides us with options. On this occasion he was properly tested on our behalf when BMW financial services cancelled our order 5 days before delivery (the order had been placed last September and it was cancelled as I’m not the main driver my daughter is but the documentation was in my name which has always been the case since September!!!!). Anyway Nick worked his magic somehow using his network to help us - and today we took delivery of the BMW with no delay.
