BMW 3 Series Saloon Leasing
BMW's Popular Small Saloon
BMW’s 3 Series ranks amongst the sturdy greats of the automotive kingdom. Steadily advancing through life making adjustments from year to year, all leading to an ever-more composed, refined, and near-perfect constellation of qualities. The 3 Series’ attitude encompasses sportiness, smartness, and comfort. The new generation takes the looks, engines and transmissions of its predecessor and adds almost entirely new components.
A Brand New 2020 Design
The newly refined 3 Series is visually sharp - the metal is hard and pulled back along the flanks, its wheels arching up aggressively into the bonnet and its body larger and stiffer than previously. For the sake of lightness, the suspension, drivetrain, bonnet and front wings utilise more aluminium than in older generations, saving over 50kg of weight in most models. The car’s interior is understatedly elegant, its gentle mountain-range of a dash peaking in the centre where a neat collection of control and a screen are set out in a single incline from the gear stick upwards. There’s ambient lighting, metallic highlights, and space for a family in the seats.
What's Included in Each Trim
The 3 Series offers three trim levels; namely, the SE, Sport, and M Sport.
SE: the entry-level BMW 3 Series SE is already punching well above its weight, with 17” alloy wheels, three-zone climate control including a separate controller for those in the rear, heated seats in the front, cruise control, powered door mirrors, and automated lights and wipers. There’s also an infotainment kit with sat-nav and Apple CarPlay connectivity.
Sport: the Sport is so-called due to its sportier styling across the bumpers, larger 18” alloy wheels, and more established-looking leather seats.
M Sport: the M Sport delivers more aggressive styling, plus 18” alloy wheels and a digital instrument cluster in the dash. M Sport suspension gives a firm ride.
How Does it Drive and Handle?
With foot on pedal, the BMW 3 Series boosts itself into movement with a sporty start. The ride of the car is taut, and it steers with direct accuracy - making the ride feel incredibly intuitive. There are options for a Sport chassis and progressive-rate steering that’s useful around hairpins. Around corners, the 3 Series leans into its haunches and propels with agility.
