Drivers have two E-Class Coupé model lines to choose from: E-Class AMG Line & the E 53 4MATIC+

AMG Line: The E-Class AMG Line offers sporty design with AMG bodystyling and athletic handling. Infused with innovations from the Mercedes AMG performance experts, technologies include active parking assist with reverse camera, SD card-based navigation and an Audio 20 USB multimedia system. Features include 19-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels, heated front seats as standard alongside KEYLESS-GO starting function, and a 3-spoke multifunction AMG steering wheel in black nappa leather with a flattened bottom section.

E 53 4MATIC+: Fitted with a 6-cylinder in-line engine the Mercedes E-Class E 53 4MATIC+ pulls together powerful performance with high efficiency. 435 hp and 520 Nm maximum torque pack a sporty punch whilst the iconic Mercedes diamond grille, 19-inch AMG bi-colour 5-twin-spoke alloy wheels, red seat belts and red stitched nappa leather upholstery define this iconic car. Innovative features in the E 53 4MATIC+ include a memory package that records driver seat settings, a parking package with a 360° camera plus a MULTIBEAM LED intelligent light system.

How the E-Class Coupe Performs

The Mercedes E-Class Coupé range has a choice of four-cylinder and six-cylinder engines in petrol and diesel options. All models offer strong engines and a relaxed driving experience, due to electronically assisted steering and a nine-speed automatic gearbox, which is generally smooth and swift to react assisted via steering-wheel-mounted paddles. On-air suspension across all models blends comfort with good handling, although the refined 6-cylinder models are more in keeping with the large, luxurious character of the Mercedes E-Class four seat coupé. For more traction the E 400 4Matic’s twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 produces 333hp and can accelerate from 0-62mph in a swift 5.3 seconds, with a top speed of 155mph. Compared to the AMG Line E 300 engine that offers 245hp and can accelerate from 0-62mph in 6.4 seconds.
