Range Rover Evoque Leasing
Lease the 2020 Range Rover Evoque
New for 2019, the Range Rover Evoque has undergone a major overhaul, reinvigorating the exterior aesthetics, whilst bringing the interior in line with the Range Rover Sport and Velar models. Where the previous model shattered Land Rover sales records on its launch, the latest model has built upon that success, maintaining the size and shape that helped label it one of the most stylish SUV’s on the market.
One of the most notable differences with the new Evoque is the interior. Land Rover, and particularly the Range Rover brand, is one of the best in the business when it comes to the fit and finish of their cars. One the key influences for drivers wanting these soft road, micro SUV’s is the preference of a high driving position. Land Rover have clearly took this into account, as noticeably, drivers of the Evoque will enjoy a higher ride than its rivals, including the Audi Q3 and BMW X1. The simple things count. What’s dramatically different about the Evoque compared to other models, is the general comfort and feel of the seat. It’s the simple things such as this that substantiate its popularity. Equally, the brand new infotainment system is a striking improvement on the previous model, with the 10” touch screen panel that can even be tilted and adjusted for you to see it better. It looks sharp and responds intuitively, making for a comfortable, modern driving experience.
The Range Rover Evoque has a new engine too. It’s been simplified, so that now there are only essentially 2 engines. One 2.0-litre diesel engine and one 2.0-litre petrol engine. The ways that the engines are configured and turbo charged effect the outage. So while the D150 produces 148 BHP, the same 2.0-litre diesel engine can produce 178-BHP in the D180. Both of these engines are plenty powerful enough, however what is noticeable about the D180 vs the D150, is that the former is much smoother. Moving up the power scales certainly gives you more punch, but what’s more, it makes for a smoother ride when tootling around town, moving up and down the gears.
For those within the cities and need to worry about those emission charges, the P200 is a great option. You wont get the same economy on a long distance run, but you’ll get more oomph.
While Land Rover has had to overcome a name tied to engine issues, the Evoque has moved up the ranking of the 2019 Which customer satisfaction rankings. You can also find our Range Rover Evoque reviews here. Further electronic and engine improvements are forecast in 2020, demonstrating Range Rover’s need willingness to improve their name.
Despite being the smallest model across the range, the Evoque really is a lot more practical than what you would expect. Capable of comfortably fitting 2 adults in the back, there’s plenty of room in the boot, making it the ideal car for small to medium families.
The Range Rover Evoque Specifications
If you aren’t one for the big alloys and ‘fancy gadgets,’ Land Rover are offering the more affordable Evoque. This entry model of the Range Rover Evoque may not include leather interior or satellite navigation but you get to enjoy the new sleek exterior body styling. Land Rover being a premium manufacturer, means you still receive some features such as the reversing camera/sensors, heated front seats and apple/android car play which sets the entry model Evoque above its competitor base models.
Proving to be the most popular model with our customers, the Evoque ‘S’ model boasts many significant upgrades which customers find are necessary for their luxury vehicle. Most notably the ‘S’ model brings Navigation Pro and electric leather heated front seats to the Evoque. Land Rover’s navigation pro system not only offers an efficient mapping system but also includes clever features such as 3D map exploring and road speed limits. Not only can you view the road speed limits, you can activate your car to limit the speed you are travelling in accordance with the speed limiter. There is no question that the price increase from the entry model to the S is notable but the increase in specification is without a doubt worth the cost. All these features make your driving experience much simpler, not to mention the additional folding wing mirrors to help when squeezing into a tight spot.
Working your way up the model variants, you come to the increasingly popular Evoque SE model. The main reason we find customers opting for the SE models is due to the increase in alloy size from 18 inch to 20 inch and the highly technical Touch Pro Duo. This brand-new feature includes two touch screens in the cabin of your Evoque which allows the user to explore the maps system at the same time as changing the radio station. Convenient features like the automatic power tailgate, 360 parking aid and clear exit monitor increase the ease of the customers driving experience. Although this model may not be as popular as the ‘S,’ customers who want that extra bit of luxury and convenience find this model an ideal fit.
The Range Rover Evoque HSE is the epitome of high-tech luxury. The interior cabin now includes upgraded Windsor leather throughout and 16-way heated electric memory front seats which provides absolute comfort for our customers drive. The HSE includes brand new alloy styling as well as state of the art technology in the form of the Clear Sight Interior Rear-View mirror. This technology goes above and beyond your standard rear-view camera allowing drivers to clearly view the rear of the vehicle by simply moving their rear mirror. As the HSE is the ‘top dog’ you also have an upgraded Meridian Sound system, adaptive cruise control and key-less entry to top off your driver experience. Yes, this model comes with the heftiest price tag at £44,765 but if you are looking for top technology and unimaginable comfort, this would be your go-to model.
With the new Range Rove Evoque, Land Rover have an optional R-Dynamic pack which can be added to all model variants. This pack is proving to be incredibly popular with our customers as the changes to the exterior features on the car are very noticeable. The front vehicle vents are given a more aggressive standout styling and dark chrome features are added throughout the flush exterior. Due to the pack only costing an additional £1500, customers are choosing to set themselves apart and add this to their already luxury vehicle.
