There are both petrol and diesel engines available in the new Audi A4 Avant range. All petrol engines are turbocharged with 2.0 litres in capacity. Starting with the 35 TFSI 148 bhp, 40 TFSI 187 bhp manual gearbox engines and a rapid 45 TFSI quattro four-wheel drive with automatic gearbox. If you prefer to drive a diesel engine for more fuel efficiency the 35 TDI 2.0 litre packs 148 bhp whilst the more powerful 40 TDI 2.0 litre engine gives 187 bhp for thrill seekers out there. For the top of the spec you can get major oomph from the Audi S4 Avant's 3.0 litre V6 engine. For the smoothest ride opt for Technik and Sport trims with their Comfort Dynamic suspension.
