The Mercedes GLC Coupe is available in a range of petrol and diesel engines with new hybrid editions. The most economical engine is the starter 2.0 litre 194 hp diesel that reaches 0-60 mph in 7.9 seconds and provides 45 mpg on average. In comparison, the 2.0 litre hybrid engine dramatically reduces Co2 emissions from 173 to 65 CO2 and has a faster acceleration speed of 5.8 seconds. The largest engine is the 3.0 litre petrol available on the AMG 43 trim that reaches 0-60 mph in a mere 4.9 seconds. No matter what type of driving you do, there are lots of engine choices to choose from. All engines come with a nine-speed automatic gearbox as standard, which changes gears relatively smoothly.
